This pristine park which is about 13 miles west of Ushuaia offers beautiful lakes, peat bogs, a wonderful and rich flora and fauna and stunning cheery forests. This will be our playground for the day to capture the images your eye catches and those that Adam may ask us to work on.

Day 3 Ushuaia Free Day in Ushuaia Free Day in Ushuaia. This town, the gateway to Antarctica, offers a glimpse into the wild nature of the area as Ushuaia feels more like a frontier town than a tourist boomtown. This is a fishing village which offers excellent photographic content for pastel colored homes and tiny, well-tended gardens. There is a wonderful trail that leads from town to the Martial Glacier which offers some spectacular photographic opportunities. Of course, sunsets here—at the end of the earth—are amazing! The colors cast are a subdued tone and the powerful snow capped peaks often reflect the setting sun onto the water of the stream spilling into the Beagle Channel.

Day 4 Ushuaia - El Chalten Private transfer with English speaking guide from the hotel to the airport. Upon arrival private transfer from El Calafate’s airport to El Chalten. Along the way, enjoy the magnificent geography of the region as we drive through the mountains, passing stunning lakes and winding rivers (includes some stops on the route). This evening, settle in to our hotel in Chalten. Las Piedras Hotel, or similar: Standard Double Rooms, for 03 nights. We’ll have some free time to relax and wander this town which once hid Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid from the law.

Day 5 El Chalten Free day in El Chalten. This is the land of Cerro Fitzroy—the massive granite hulk which looms on the northern horizon as we approach the village. Photographic possibilities here include Lake of the Desert—about 23 miles from town is a lovely lake surrounded by lush forest full of orchids and mossy tress. Of course, the mountain vistas of Cerro Torre and Cerro Fitzroy are always a welcome venture.

Day 6 El Chalten Short hike in El Chalten Hike (1 hour easy—our pace) and half day at El Chalten. English speaking guide included. This is one of those secret places which will bring you sense of wonderment not only for nature but provide an opportunity for excellent photography. Landscapes are the order of the day.

Upon arrival private transfer with English speaking guide from the bus terminal to the Sierra Nevada Hotel (3*), or similar. Sierra Nevada Hotel (3*), or similar: Standard Double Room, for 04 nights. Interiors are light and cozy and have comfortable 40 rooms and many shared spaces. There are magnificent views from each corner, and it is integrated into the beauty of the Glaciers National Park. El Calafate is the gateway for one of South America’s most spectacular sights—the Perito Moreno Glacier.

Our time here—a full day of uninterrupted photography of the glacier and the Iceberg Channel also offers stunning sunsets as the sun here mixes with the blues and other hues of the ice to bring colors and hues not seen many places on earth.

Day 9 El Calafate Free day in El Calafate. Lago Roca excursion. This little lake is a little visited location just outside the National Park. It is a lush area of green meadows, shorelines, and a climate that is much milder than the surrounding area. The hills behind the lake offer outstanding views of the dark blue lake as well as the pale-green inlet of Lake Argentina with Perito Moreno glacier and the jagged snow-capped peaks beyond are awe inspiring. This is an M&M secret spot!
